New - 2010 VIP Users Group ConferenceThe official registration form for the 2010 VIP User Group Conference is now available for download in one of two formats listed below. New - VRC University InformationThe benefits of education are significant in leveraging your automation investment. VRC has made it even easier to obtain classes. Each month at least one free class is made available to the VIP Users Group. Make sure you are on the mailing list for updates and schedules by contacting our support department. We are open to suggestions of courses to offer each month. Please let us know if there is a particular course you would like to see offered. If you are a long time Velocity user, you will want to continue your education in both the new areas created within Velocity and see what the new changes are to the existing subsystems. You should attend our seminars on new releases and sign up for refresher courses, especially if you use a particular area of Velocity that has recently been upgraded. New users will need to focus on getting credits in front office, accounting, and system administration tracks through the Junior level. This minimum certification will be necessary for a successful implementation. Senior level classes are also available and recommended for “power users”. VIP Users GroupVRC Insurance Systems will be conducting their annual VIP Users Group Meeting which is typically in mid-October. The meeting will be held at the Westlake Village Inn. During this time, users of Velocity from all over the USA and Canada will meet to discuss the latest enhancements to the software and chart the course for the direction of many of the future enhancements in the year to come. "The VIP Users Group Meeting gives us the chance to meet with all our customers in a forum that allows us to better understand what is important to our clients and for them to better understand what we too are doing. This helps us to be more responsive to customer needs and allows for a forum to show many new planned features and get our clients input ” Shelly Giesregen says as she is heading up the planning of the meeting this year. “Last year’s feedback helped us improve our process for service and communication to customers as our teams respond to their requests through the 'support@vrcis.com' email tracking.” Customers who wish to participate in the VIP Users Group are encouraged to contact VRC as soon as possible and to book in advance to assure space. VRC Velocity University Grand OpeningVRC is proud to announce the Grand Opening of VRC Velocity University. The first class session was conducted on June 24th and the response was overwhelming. Within minutes of announcing the Grand Opening the first session was completely booked. Velocity University is a modular, unit based, curriculum focused upon attainment of advanced knowledge and utilization for Velocity’s users. Course material along with tests have been prepared that guide each participant through all aspects of Velocity. Basic, Advanced, Expert and Master Velocity certification are the accreditation levels users can attain.
