VRC Insurance Systems provides a wide variety of support, programming and conversion services to assure that your conversion to Velocity goes smoothly. In addition, no other software company is prepared to do more to augment their core software to meet your unique needs.

Training

VRC offers a comprehensive training program geared to the specific needs of each user. VRC conducts classes for basic Accounting and Front Office training each quarter. Classes that include Parameter, Technical or web based programs are available upon request.

The Transition "Advantage"

Smooth, on time, and in balance are words that describe VRC's approach to the transition/conversion process. This systematic approach includes the creation of a detailed, jointly developed implementation plan, comprehensive hands-on implementation and training assistance, system staging and testing, multiple test conversions, software and data validation and final accreditation. Unlike competitive offerings, Detailed Policy and Full General Ledger conversions are also inherent to this process.

Additional Services

VRC provides services and Internet compliant systems that utilize the Oracle  Relational Database System from Oracle Corporation, related Oracle and third party software tools. VRC has been producing systems and providing relational database consulting to the insurance industry since 1986.  We specialize in database system consulting, data conversion to RDBMS, software system design and programming.
